gNotes 3.1 - Notes utility for Clarion C6
With gNotes, you can easily add notes to any portion of your program. Showcase your ideas - display information such as additional addresses, phone numbers, important dates, notes, special invoice handling . . . anything.
This is a feature for everyone - a must-have for students and teachers when doing research on the Internet. gNotes powers up the productivity of business professionals, attorneys, writers, artists, musicians, and home-makers. Every developer can find room in his application for gNotes.
gNotes filters out the information pertaining to the selected record; you choose what field to use, SYS ID, Company, Name, and so forth. gNotes displays only the notes attached to the selected record. Even if you are using several programs in the same directory, and all of them are using G-Notes, only the information for the active program appears.

| 1. | Insert gNotes global extension and select the global hot key (defaults to Ctrl-N). |
| 2. | Insert gNotes button control and select the field you want to use, in whatever procedures you need an active filter for gNotes. |
| 3. | Compile your application.
Now all you need to do is to press the hot key from anywhere
in your program. We have also included a control to add a push button to call gNotes. You can customize every single prompt, icon, caption, label, and more.
